Welcome to Scented Desires. By accessing www.scenteddesires.com or placing an order through our website, customers agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Products and Services
Scented Desires offers fragrance and body care products, including Eau de Parfums, perfume rollerballs, body oils, whipped body buttercreams, body butters, and fragrance sets.
Product descriptions, availability, and pricing are subject to change without notice.
2. Pricing and Payments
All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars (USD).
Applicable sales taxes and shipping charges are calculated and displayed during checkout.
Online payments are processed through Wix Payments and its supported payment services.
Orders are subject to payment authorization and verification.
3. Order Acceptance
Customers are responsible for reviewing their orders, shipping addresses, and payment information before completing checkout.
Scented Desires reserves the right to decline or cancel orders when necessary due to product unavailability, suspected fraud, pricing errors, or other legitimate business reasons.
If payment has been collected for an order that Scented Desires cancels, an appropriate refund will be issued.
4. Shipping and Delivery
Scented Desires currently ships within the United States only, using USPS and UPS.
Orders are generally processed within 3–5 business days, excluding weekends and federal holidays.
Estimated shipping transit time is 3–7 business days after dispatch.
The total estimated time from order placement to delivery is 6–12 business days.
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Certain alcohol-based fragrance products may be subject to shipping restrictions.

5. Refunds and Returns
All sales are final, except for approved damaged shipment claims or where otherwise required by applicable law.
Customers must report damaged shipments within 24 hours of receipt and submit supporting photographs to customer service.
Scented Desires will acknowledge the claim and communicate an authorization decision within 48 hours of receiving the required information.
No merchandise may be returned without prior authorization.

6. Order Cancellations
Customers should contact customer service immediately to request cancellation.
Once an order has entered processing, cancellation cannot be guaranteed.
7. Product Use and Safety
Customers should review product ingredients, instructions, and warnings before use.
Fragrance and body care products are intended for appropriate external use.
Customers should discontinue use if irritation occurs and seek medical advice when appropriate.
Products must be used and stored according to their labeling and applicable safety instructions.
8. Intellectual Property
The Scented Desires business name, original product descriptions, branding, logos, photographs, and website content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use is prohibited.

Scented Desires strives to maintain accurate and accessible website information but does not guarantee uninterrupted website operation.
We may update website content, product listings, and services as needed.
