At Scented Desires, we take pride in the quality and care that go into every fragrance and body care product. To maintain our standards of product quality, safety, and hygiene, we have established the following return and refund policy.

All Sales Are Final

All sales are final.

Due to the personal nature of our fragrance and body care products, Scented Desires does not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, fragrance preferences, or products that have been opened or used.

Exceptions apply to approved damaged shipment claims and where otherwise required by applicable law.

Damaged Shipments — 24-Hour Reporting Requirement

If an order arrives damaged, customers must contact Scented Desires customer service within 24 hours of receiving their shipment.

All damage claims must include:

• The customer's order number
• A detailed description of the damage
• Clear photographs showing the damaged merchandise
• Photographs of the original packaging and shipping materials, when available

All claims and supporting photographs must be submitted to info@scenteddesires.com.

Customers should retain the damaged merchandise and original packaging until the claim has been reviewed.

Customer Service Response — Within 48 Hours

Scented Desires will acknowledge the damage claim and communicate an authorization decision within 48 hours of receiving the required claim information.

All claims are subject to review and approval. Submission of photographs does not automatically guarantee a refund, replacement, or return authorization.

If additional information is required, customer service will notify the customer.

Authorized Returns

Returns for damaged merchandise must be approved by Scented Desires before any items are shipped back.

Customers must not return merchandise without prior authorization from customer service.

For approved claims, customer service will provide return instructions when a physical return is necessary.

Approved Refunds or Replacements

Once a damaged shipment claim has been approved, Scented Desires will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include:

• Replacement of the damaged merchandise
• A refund to the original payment method

Any applicable return shipping arrangements will be communicated during the authorization process.

Refund processing times may vary depending on the customer's financial institution.

Non-Returnable Products

Except for approved damaged shipment claims or remedies required by applicable law, the following products are non-returnable:

• Eau de Parfums and perfumes
• Perfume rollerballs
• Body oils
• Whipped body buttercreams
• Body butters
• Fragrance sets
• Other personal care products

Order Cancellations

Customers requesting an order cancellation should contact customer service immediately. Once an order has entered processing, cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed.
