At Scented Desires, we take pride in carefully preparing and packaging every order to ensure our customers receive their luxury fragrance and body care products safely.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days, excluding weekends and federal holidays. Processing begins once payment has been successfully received and verified.

Domestic Shipping

Scented Desires ships exclusively within the United States using USPS and UPS.

Estimated Delivery Times

Once an order has shipped, estimated delivery is 3–7 business days, depending on the destination and shipping service.

Total Estimated Time from Order to Delivery: 6–12 business days.

Shipping charges and available delivery methods are displayed at checkout before purchase.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Weather, holidays, carrier delays, and other unforeseen circumstances may affect delivery times.

Fragrance Shipping Restrictions

Certain fragrance products, including alcohol-based Eau de Parfums, may require ground transportation and special handling in accordance with USPS and UPS shipping regulations.

Scented Desires will use approved shipping methods appropriate for each product.

International Shipping

Scented Desires does not currently offer international shipping. We accept orders for delivery within the United States only.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, a shipping confirmation email will be sent with tracking information when available.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Please contact us immediately if an address correction is needed. Changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has shipped.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is missing, please contact our customer service team with your order number and supporting information.
